Premium apartment of 90 sq/m is located in a new residential complex, which is inscribed in the historical environment of St. Petersburg.
Our customers live in another country, but often come to our city to visit. Such trips prompted them to arrange a cozy place where they will feel at home.
In this project, we have provided a large amount of storage, and the differentiation of zones: private and open. Natural materials such as wood, stone and textiles form contrasts of textures and create expressive straight lines.

A project with a detailed layout, smooth corners and secluded places, only for the owners.
The apartment renovation was carried out entirely according to the designers' project. Complex work of building new walls and demolishing old ones, precise angles for built-in furniture, technologically advanced joints of floor and wall materials.

A light, enveloping interior with an emphasis on layout and round elements.
The apartment is located in a complex where the main walls of the house follow a certain radius; there are no 90° angles. Our builders perform complex work of leveling round walls, arched structures, and model them manually.

We are interested in cooperation with various bureaus. Together with the studio Duga® were engaged in the implementation of the project. For our part, we were responsible for the construction and technical supervision of the facility.
A distinctive feature of this project is the implementation of complex engineering solutions.
Water supply to offices, complex manifold group, in-floor sockets, installation of dental equipment, air conditioning system.
In addition, the implementation of complex architectural units and joints, such as: enveloping wall shapes, in-floor lighting, installation of furniture panels, and much more.

The peculiarity of the project was the high ceilings, more than 5.5 m, and the geometry of the room.
We brought the project to life in 2 months, including design and implementation.
